Shadab is a PhD Research Scholar and Assistant Professor (formerly Lecturer) with over 15 years of experience in academia, passionate about leveraging expertise in Computer Science to inspire and empower students. Hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi, and began his professional journey in 2006. In the early phase of his career, he contributed to premier research institutions such as CSIR (HQ & RAB)-NISCAIR, NISTADS, and ICMR.
In 2009, Shadab joined the prestigious College of Computer Science & Information Technology at Jazan University, Saudi Arabia, as a Lecturer. Over the course of 12 consecutive academic sessions, delivered instruction and academic mentorship in a range of core Computer Science subjects, contributing to both curriculum development and student success.
Currently, pursuing a Ph.D. (CSIT) at FET, MJP Rohilkhand University under the esteemed supervision of Prof. Akhtar Husain. His research lies in the domain of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, with a particular emphasis on Explainable AI (XAI) and its application in educational data analysis. The work focuses on developing interpretable predictive models to assess student performance and enhance transparency in digital learning environments.
