Shadab is an educator and PhD research scholar in Computer Science, and the founder of LearnByAdmin.com, an education platform that shares learning resources, guidance and career advice with students from different backgrounds. He is from Thiriya Nizawat Khan in the Bareilly district of Uttar Pradesh.
He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi, and began his professional career in 2006 at research institutions including CSIR (HQ & RAB)-NISCAIR, NISTADS and ICMR. In 2009 he joined the College of Computer Science & Information Technology at Jazan University, Saudi Arabia, as a Lecturer. Over 12 consecutive academic sessions he taught core Computer Science subjects, mentored students and contributed to curriculum development.
He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science & Information Technology at the Faculty of Engineering & Technology, MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, under the supervision of Prof. Akhtar Husain. His research is in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, with a focus on Explainable AI (XAI) in educational data analysis: building interpretable models that predict student performance and make digital learning environments more transparent.
